• Enhydro® is prepared in ten sachets intended for dissolution in water.

  • Each sachet contains the exact amount to prepare 200 ml of solution.

Way of administration

Stir the contents of the sachet in 200 ml of drinking water (for infants in the cooled pre-boiled water for babies).

The amount of liquid in which the contents of the sachet is dissolved must be complied with in order to achieve the optimum amount of salt, sugar and liquids in solution.

The solution of Enhydrol® always serve chilled at 4 – 8 °C.

The reconstituted solution should be used immediately.

Checking the status during the administration

  • During the administration, the patient should be checked.

  • If even after 16 hours of administration of the solution dehydration does not improve or even worsen, it is necessary to adopt a patient to the hospital.

Symptoms of severe dehydration:

  • Somnolence

  • Cold extremities

  • Reduced skin tension

  • Dark circles under the eyes

  • Absence of urine and tears

In the case of observation of some of these symptoms you should seek medical help immediately.
